Emprise Industrial Park is 2000 Acre (12000 mu) levelled land located 50kms away from Port Qasim Karachi. The electric grid station of 200mw capacity is adjacent and the area is in between two fresh water reservoirs. 6 Chinese Companies have already committed construction of their factories of Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Lead Batteries Recycling, Power Cable manufacturing and Protein/Gelatin extraction from animal bones.

Emprise工業園占地2000英畝（12000畝），位于距卡西姆卡拉奇港50公里處。容量為200MW的電網站相鄰，該區域位于兩個淡水水庫之間。6家中國公司已經承諾建造鋼鐵、鋁、銅、鉛電池回收、電力電纜制造和從動物骨骼中提取蛋白質/明膠的工廠。

The Jang Shai railway station is 1 Km from the industrial zone the cheapest transportation mode upcountry and south to the  port. It is situated among two mega cities i.e.  Karachi and Heyderabad with 40 million population with big demand of consumer and Industrial products. The zone has Custom Bonded (Duty and Tax Remission) facility means no duty and taxes on import of raw materials and machinery.

Jang Shai 火車站距工業區一公里處，是全國最便宜的交通方式，南至港口。它位于卡拉奇和海德拉巴兩個特大城市之間，人口4000萬，對消費品和工業品的需求量很大。該區設有海關保稅（關稅和免稅）設施，意味著對進口原材料和機械不征收任何關稅和稅款。

This renders the zone as the best place for production of goods for exports. Locality also ensures cheap and abundant availability of labour/workforce (RMB 600/month). Civil Construction facility and all approvals like environment, construction of factories, local company registration and different NOCs). Income tax shall be exempted for 5 years based on special status of zone.

這使該區成為出口商品的最佳生產地。當地還確保勞動力/勞動力的廉價和充足供應（600元/月）。民用建筑設施和所有批準，如環境、工廠建設、當地公司注冊和不同國家奧委會）。根據特區特殊情況，5年內免征所得稅。
